Our Services

Basketball Training and Enrichment for students in grades 4 to 12 from Granite Mountain Charter School. Curriculum based training that bridges basketball with academics (e.g., math, science and English) and life skills (e.g., clear communication, teamwork and collaboration, discipline and time management), through fun and interactive skill development drills, scrimmages and dialogue.

Small group training and player development - teaching players the physical skills, mental toughness and character necessary to achieve their next level of potential in a psychologically safe environment.

AAU/travel basketball teams for boys and girls - 10U to 17U

To see results, we encourage players to join the C.A.T.C.H. culture (C = Committed; A = Accountable; T = Team Player; C = Coachable; H = Honest) to see results and achieve their potential in a reasonable timeframe. So, is your child ready to COMMIT to no less than 3 to 5 hours per week with The Den - on average? For example - a 1.5 hour training/practice session two times per week, and (if applicable) approximately 2 hours per week for league games, or 4 hours twice per month for AAU/travel team tournaments (not including travel time). *
